The service

TrendHawk.ai is a trend-research tool for TikTok and Instagram. It lets you search trending keywords and hashtags, track public competitor accounts, and discover accounts in a niche, with AI-generated summaries of the results.

TrendHawk shows data drawn from publicly available social-media content. TrendHawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Instagram.

Accounts

You need an account to use TrendHawk. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Free trial and billing

New accounts start with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at $10 per month, billed in advance each month.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.

Acceptable use

Use TrendHawk for lawful research and marketing purposes only.

You may not scrape, resell, or bulk-export the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use TrendHawk to harass or monitor individuals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No guarantee of results

Trend and engagement data is estimated from public sources and AI analysis. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any keyword, trend, or strategy will produce views, followers, or revenue. Decisions you make using TrendHawk are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendHawk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
