What we collect

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account, or basic profile details if you sign in with Google.

Usage data: the keywords, handles, and niches you search for, and the results we save to your search history so you can revisit them.

Billing information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We store your subscription status and billing identifiers, never your full card number.

How we use your information

To run the searches you ask for: fetching public TikTok and Instagram data for the keywords and accounts you enter, and generating AI summaries of those results.

To manage your account, free trial, and subscription.

To respond to support requests sent to support@trendhawk.ai.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your search history to advertise to you.

Third-party services

TrendHawk relies on a small number of processors to operate: social-media data providers that supply public post and profile data, an AI provider that generates trend summaries, and a payment processor for billing. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function.

TikTok and Instagram data shown in TrendHawk comes from publicly available content. We are not affiliated with TikTok or Instagram.

Data retention

Your account and saved search history are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual history items at any time from the app.

If you delete your account, we remove your profile and search history. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies and storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@trendhawk.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
